  • Processing payments: We collect and process personal data such as your payment details to process payments for products and services you purchase from us.

Services Performed by Customers on Their Behalf: In some cases, our customers may use our products or services t perform services on their behalf.  In such instances, we may process personal data on behalf of our customers as necessary for the performance of a contract between our customer and their clients o other third parties.   • AWS (Amazon Web Services): Flight Vector leverages AWS for cloud computing services, data storage, and infrastructure support. The lawful basis for processing is performance of a contract.
  • Azure: Flight Vector utilizes Azure services for cloud computing, hosting, and other related infrastructure requirements. The lawful basis for processing is performance of a contract.
  • Webflow: Flight Vector utilizes Webflow for website hosting and management purposes, ensuring an optimal online experience for our users. The lawful basis for processing is consent.
  • Jira Service Management: Flight Vector utilizes Jira Service Management for efficient issue tracking, incident management, and service delivery through our online support portal. The lawful basis for processing is consent.
  • Heroku: Flight Vector utilizes Heroku for data storage, enabling scalable and reliable performance o four FV Transport application. The lawful basis for processing is performance of a contract.
  • Plivo: Flight Vector uses Plivo for communication services, specifically SMS services, to enhance communication for customer from our FVCAD. The lawful basis for processing is performance of a contract.
  • Microsoft: Flight Vector relies on Microsoft products and services for various business operations and productivity needs. The lawful basis for processing is performance of a contract.
  • Sophos: Flight Vector utilizes Sophos for cybersecurity solutions, and threat detection. The lawful basis for processing is performance of a contract.
  • BitDefender: Flight Vector utilizes BitDefender for endpoint protection. The lawful basis for processing is performance of a contract.
  • WatchGuard: Flight Vector employs WatchGuard for network security and firewall solutions to safeguard our systems and data. The lawful basis for processing is performance of a contract.
  • NinjaOne: Flight Vector utilizes NinjaOne for remote monitoring and management of IT systems, enhancing our technical support capabilities. The lawful basis for processing is performance of a contract.
Request Retention

A record of all consumer requests shall be maintained for at least twenty-four (24) months and shall include the following elements:

  • request date
  • nature of request
  • request method
  • date of company response
  • nature of company response
  • basis for any denial

Records of consumer requests shall not be shared with any third party except as necessary to comply with a legal obligation.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
