Ornge, Ontario’s provider of air ambulance and critical care transport services, engaged FV Technologies to develop a new Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system to replace an antiquated system.  As an organization responsible for providing services in helicopters, airplanes and land ambulances across a geographically diverse province covering more than 1 million square kilometres, we required a reliable and intuitive CAD highly customized to our unique operating environment.  FV demonstrated an ongoing commitment to meet Ornge’s needs to evolve the platform over time.  FV provided a skilled team which maintained strong communications and open discussions to tackle issues and challenges from both organizations.  FV went live on June 1, 2015, and continues to be a key component of our mission to patients.
